What is Organization on the registration page? Organizations are companies that are already registered in the NXP communities. If your company name does not appear here you may continue to register as a Guest. You will need to contact your NXP Account Manager to request your company to be added. This field will be filled automatically if your company is already registered.
What does Organization = Guest mean? Guest is a default Organization assigned to allow you to register even though your company has not first registered. Please contact your NXP Account Manager for approval to have your company registered.
How do I find my community? A list of communities you have access to will be presented upon login. To return to this page click Home in the top navigation bar.
I have access to more than one community. How do I switch between communities? Mouse over your Welcome message located at the top of the community page, select My Communities. All communities you have access to will be listed there. Select the community by placing your mouse over the community name and click. Alternatively click home in the navigation to return you to your login point - if you are a member of more than one community the list will be displayed here.
How can I keep my account active? NXP asks you regularly to confirm your account and prolong access by sending you a link to your registered e-mail address. This link is personal and gives you the the option to prolong or deactivate your account. If you do not respond your account will be locked.
My account is locked but I still need access. What must I do? You can unlock your account via the link that has been e-mailed to you. If you lost the mail, you can log in normally, and request the link to be e-mailed to you again. If you do not unlock your account, your account will be deactivated after 3 months and you cannot log in anymore. Should you still need access, you can contact NXP any time to reactivate your account.
